Welcome to TORKOS POWER GENERATOR
Every power project is different. That is why a standard generator set may not always be the best solution.
At a professional Generator Manufacturer, customization means more than changing the color or adding a logo. It means designing a complete power solution around your actual application, operating environment, and project requirements.
Whether you need a diesel, gasoline, or natural gas power generator, our customization capabilities allow you to select the configuration that best fits your project.
For example, a 500 kW diesel generator set can be configured for a factory or data center requiring 400–500 kW of standby power, with 50 Hz or 60 Hz output depending on the local grid standard. A typical 500 kW-class diesel unit can consume around 100–130 liters of fuel per hour at full load, making fuel-tank capacity an important customization consideration for long-duration backup applications.
For a remote construction or mining site, the priority may be a prime-power generator set, with a larger fuel tank, heavy-duty enclosure, and higher dust and temperature protection. For a commercial building or hospital, an automatic transfer switch (ATS), low-noise enclosure, and remote monitoring may be more important.
The goal is simple: not just to supply a generator, but to configure the generator around your actual power requirements, operating environment, and project conditions.
Customized generator sets are widely used in construction, mining, agriculture, telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitals, data centers, commercial buildings, and emergency power applications.
For example, a mining project may require a heavy-duty generator designed for harsh environments, while a data center may prioritize high reliability, fast response, redundancy, and intelligent monitoring.
Our engineering team works with customers to understand these requirements and recommend the right configuration before production begins.
When a data center operator in Southeast Asia approached us, their biggest concern was simple: there could be no interruption to critical IT operations.
The site required 6 MW of backup power, but the challenge was more than simply choosing a 6 MW generator. The facility operated in a hot and humid environment, had limited installation space, and needed a reliable backup system that could continue supplying power even if one generator was being serviced.
After reviewing the site's power requirements and operating conditions, our engineering team designed a customized solution using four 2,000 kW diesel generator sets with parallel operation and N+1 redundancy. We also integrated ATS, synchronizing controls, and remote monitoring into the system.
From generator selection to control-system configuration, fuel capacity, cooling design, and installation dimensions, every detail was adjusted to fit the customer's site.
For us, this project was not simply about delivering generator sets. It was about making sure that when the grid goes down, the data center keeps running.
That is what customized power solutions are designed to achieve.

For distributors, contractors, rental companies, and international brands, we also provide flexible OEM and ODM services.
You can customize product appearance, branding, control systems, accessories, packaging, and technical specifications to meet your market requirements.
As an experienced Power Genset Factory, we combine manufacturing capability with engineering expertise to turn your requirements into a finished power solution.
A customized generator set can help you achieve:
Better Performance — The equipment is configured around your actual operating conditions.
Higher Efficiency — Engine, alternator, fuel system, and control configuration can be optimized for the application.
Easier Installation — Dimensions, connections, fuel capacity, and control systems can be designed to fit the project.
Greater Flexibility — One manufacturing partner can support different power requirements and market standards.
Long-Term Value — The right configuration can reduce unnecessary costs and improve operational reliability over the generator's service life.
A manufacturing customer originally planned to purchase a standard 500 kW diesel generator set. However, their actual operating load was only around 350 kW, meaning the generator would frequently run at partial load.
After reviewing their load profile, our engineering team recommended a customized configuration instead of simply supplying the standard unit. We optimized the engine, alternator, control system, and fuel capacity around their actual operating conditions.
As a result, the customer's fuel consumption was reduced from approximately 100 L/h to 85 L/h during typical operation—a saving of around 15%. The customized fuel tank also extended continuous operation from approximately 10 hours to 12 hours without refueling.
The result: better performance, lower operating costs, easier maintenance, and greater long-term value—all from configuring the generator around the customer's real needs.
You don't have to adapt your project to a standard generator.
